Character name: Fizz
Fandom: League of Legends
Timeline: About a year after he's been inducted into The League of Legends
Age: Late teens(headcanon)
~*Magical*~ abilities and strengths:

Fizz is a highly skilled fighter with his trident. He's able to hold his own against otherworldly beings, robots, ninjas, pirates, dragon sharks, and many other skilled people. He has an instinctive skill when it comes to avoiding danger. This extends to danger when not fighting, such as running from law enforcement and an entire town of angry pirates.

He also owns a magical trident which makes him hit a little harder than normal.

Since he's part of a race that lives deep under the sea, he's an excellent swimmer and can survive intense underwater pressures.

How would they use their abilities?:

Fizz would use his abilities to generally have fun and wreak havoc upon unsuspecting people, but when it comes down to it, he'll use them to protect others. He enjoys fights, so he may fight with people, too.

Appearance:

Fizz is 2 feet 4 inches and weighs 27lbs. His skin is mostly blue. He has 6 non-prehensile tentacles for ears, 3 on each side, and the underside of those ears are pink. He has white spots on his forehead and his eyes are teal green. His mouth has 2 fangs like a vampire would have. His belly and chest are white and his feet are webbed. He has a small tail. He has 3 toes on each foot and 3 fingers on each hand. He generally doesn't wear any clothes.

His Seastone Trident is 3 feet long and has a dark purple pole. The prongs are positioned circular and bend inwardly. The prongs are like large knives in general shape and have blue glowing runes on them. On the other side is a blue-green and pink tailfin.

Background/Personality:(Headcanon will be in italics.)
Personality:

At first glance, Fizz is annoying. He's curious of mostly anything and loves to eplore and find out new things. However, his curiosity can be a bit too much. He's socially stunted from all the exploring he's done, and is thus not very good at conversations. He enjoys seeing people flustered or angered and will sometimes go out of his way to annoy. He can be seen as childish by some, as he hasn't allowed himself to mature emotionally, and because he enjoys pulling pranks on people.

He's very brave, willing to take on anything, even if it's way out of his league.
He can analyze how people fight and can figure a way to skirt danger almost all the time. He can also occasionally be a little arrogant about his abilities. When it comes down to it, he sometimes knows what to do what's right, standing up for and protecting others from harm. He also tries to be as friendly as possible when he doesn't want to see others angry. He's great with animals to the point where he can understand them, and deeply loves the ones he gains as friends.

Beneath his exterior lies a very lonely Atlantean. He desperately wants to know what happened to his people. He wants them back. He knows he's survived the majority of his life without them, but he feels bad for taking them for granted. He misses them greatly.

Background:

Fizz was born in a centuries-old city named Atlantis, deep within the ocean. He harbored a curious spirit, so he often got into trouble. During his early ages, he often snuck out of his city in order to explore. Many people of his city were concerned about him and often told him not to leave the city limits, but he didn't listen to them at all. He had just continued to slip out of the city in order to explore.

Overtime, he had gotten better at surviving on his own. He had learned a lot about what there was outside of Atlantis, even the dangers. He had grew to become a highly skilled and slippery warrior. He learned how to avoid almost any danger on his own, messing up a few times and landing himself in medical care. However, those times were scarce.

But one day, after he returned from exploring, he returned to find that everyone in his village had mysteriously vanished. Curious as to find out why, he searched for any sign or clue. Sadly, his search ended in failure. He didn't find anything worthwhile to his investigation. He moped around a bit, fruitlessly searching again in desperation to find any clue at all. The end result was the same.

He forced himself to strengthen his resolve and find out what had happened to his people. He snagged a trident off the ground and left Atlantis to search for his people across the oceans. Years went by, and he had found nothing, but he was still determined and desperate to find them.

Little did he know, his search would be paused. For the first time in his life, Fizz surfaced. What he found was beyond what he could have ever imagined: land. And not only that, but he had found a city that wasn't under the sea. His curiosity overtook him and he decided to investigate. And thus marked the first time he entered Bilgewater, a port for salty, savage pirates.

His curiosity and mischievousness caused him to annoy and upset the surly pirate town. Soon enough, the pirates banded together in order to attempt to drive Fizz out of town. He had no idea why anyone was upset with him, and he ran away. The pirates ran after him, hoping to force Fizz back into the ocean for good. He was eventually cornered on the docks of the port town.

Just Fizz was going to jump back into the ocean to continue his search for his people, something no one expected happened. A dragon-shark had appeared and was rapidly ascending upon the town, The pirates freaked and ran away, knowing that facing them would be their doom. Fizz noticed they were scared of the terrifying fish of doom, so he dived into the water not to continue his search, but to protect Bilgewater.

Fizz's strikes were true as he stood up against the feral dragon-shark, avoiding chomp after chomp. Eventually, the fiendish fish was exhausted and beaten. Fizz went to comfort the fish, saying it shouldn't have attacked the city on land. He then offered a hand in friendship to the fish. It nuzzled his hand, indicating that it agreed. He decided to name him Chomper for the sharp set of teeth it had and congratulated Chomper, whom Fizz now dubbed as a he, for a good fight.

Bilgewater cheered for Fizz over his actions in defending their town, and he was now a hero. He correctly guessed that most of them were angry at him for some reason and apologized for getting them angry. The surly pirates accepted his apology and invited him to be an official citizen of Bilgewater. That was the moment in time where he found his second home.

Soon enough, he caught whispers of a couple people that were a part of some special organization. His curiosity overtook him again and he sought out those special people. He found Gangplank and Miss Fortune, a pirate captain and bounty hunter respectively, and interrogated them about this special organization. They told him about The League of Legends, a place where many champions represent their cities and fight.

Fizz was very interested in this and had decided to join. He took the League Judgement, an activity which exposes his deepest wants. Originally, he had wanted to join The League of Legends to represent Bilgewater, but the judjement exposed him. He truly wanted to find his people again and find out what had happened to them. After the judgement was over, he was accepted into The League.

Since then, he's taken part in many battles in many arenas. He's gotten acquainted with all of the roster of The League and how the battles took place. But one battle, he happened upon a ghost of a manatee. The manatee revealed himself to be named Urf, and was once a former champion of The League. He said he was killed by a champion named Warwick. Fizz was in the middle of a match, so he battled as they conversed together, and eventually became friends.

1st person sample:

The mighty shark stalks his prey...

[Fizz creeped closer to his unsuspecting victim. In one hand, he held a piece of tape. On the other, he held a piece of paper that said "Kick Me". Fizz giggled to himself, not wanting to wait to see his victim's reaction to this prank.]

Closing in, he smells the fear of his victim...

[Slowly, he puts the tape on the piece of paper and carefully puts the kick me sign on the back of his victim.]

Victory...! The mighty shark swoops in, chomping down his powerful jaws! There is nothing the poor victim can do to escape the shark's grasp!

[Before his victim can do anything, Fizz bolts it out of sight. A few seconds pass by before he peeks out of his hiding place, stalking his victim in order to see the results of his prank. This should be very fun!]

3rd person sample:

Fizz found himself in a very strange place. Well, Fizz finds himself in many strange places, but they don't count. This is definitely the weirdest place he found himself in. First of all, he was told that they were in pace. When he asked, he was told that space is what's outside planets. He was so far away from home. From Bilgewater and from Atlantis.

The worst part of it? He was told that Runeterra had exploded. He had lost another home. He wanted to mope. He wanted to get angry at losing his home again so badly, but he had some sort of fish shoved in his ear. He also had mountains of paper shoved in his hands. He didn't want paper. He wanted Bilgewater. He wanted these crappy Vogonwhatsis to just leave him alone.

He struck the pieces of paper with his trident, spreading them every which way across the floor. One of the guides got caught on his trident as he swung. He yelled and screamed and tantrum'd for everyone to just leave him alone, and then he ran off, not even finishing a single section of paperwork.

He was alone again. He had never wanted to be alone. He so badly wanted this to be just another arena, but there weren't any summoners guiding him along on what he's supposed to do. He hadn't arrived at the fountain. He didn't see any nexus. He didn't recognize anyone. He was all alone. He allowed himself to mope about for a while before he finally noticed something that was caught on his trident. He'd never see it before. It certainly looked interesting...

Questions?: People might have trouble catching Fizz if he breaks the law. How long do you think it'll last? And can Fizz have Chomper, his pet dragon-shark, along on the Thor? Maybe he can go to the Dolphin pool.

Belongings:

His Seastone Trident is 3 feet long and has a dark purple pole. The prongs are positiones circular and bend inwardly. The prongs are like large knives in general shape and have blue glowing runes on them. On the other side is a blue-green and pink tailfin.

Skills and Powers:

Being an underwater sea-dweller, Fizz is able to swim indefinitely and breathe underwater. He can withstand being crushed whilst deep in the ocean.

He's also quite the skilled fighter, being agile, dextrous, tricky, and clever. He's able to beat many things and skirt the edge of danger very often, even defeating and taming a massive dragon-shark, whom he now has as a pet.

His trident is enchanted, making Fizz able to deal a little bit more damage to people than he normally would if it was just an ordinary trident. However, the trident will not be able to pack that extra punch whilst in the library. He's practiced enough with his trident to be able to catch fish with it.

Chomper will not be coming along with him to The Library. However, if there's a book on League of Legends available, there's a chance Chomper might appear.

History/Personality:

Fizz was born in a centuries-old city deep within the ocean. Throughout his younger years, he was content with staying in the city. However, he eventually grew to be curious. He decided to start sneaking out in order to see what he could discover. He discovered that outside the city was a dangerous place and nearly got killed many times. He had also gotten caught many times by his fellow sea-dwellers and had gotten into a lot of trouble with them often.

Life went on for Fizz as he grew. he had still gotten into trouble, but he was beginning to grasp how to steer himself out of it. He grew better and faster and more agile and sneakier and more clever. About the only thing that never changed about him was his childishness and playfulness. He usually went around on his many excursions out of the city narrating his life, only that his narration painted himself as some godlike shark. This eventually developed into a form of overconfidence as Fiz got better at avoiding trouble.

Fizz still got better and better at avoiding danger. This wouldn't last forever because he returned from one of his excursions to find the entire underwater city empty. He didn't understand why it was empty and decided to go searching for someone, anyone. But with each passing second when he couldn't find anyone, he grew more and more scared and depressed and confused.

After many hours of searching, the curiosity for where his people were overcame his feelings of being sad and scared. He decided to set out to search for them, but not before taking an enchanted trident that was left in the city. Throughout the rest of the years up to his late teens, he digilintly searched for where his people were, never giving up. He got into less trouble than he would have if he was still a child.

He never found them. He still decided to search throughout the ocean world, determined to find them. One day, he arose to the surface of the ocean and saw buildings. More specifically, he had found the pirate port town of Bilgewater. He stared at it for a while before he was finally able to comprehend that there were people living on the surface of the water. With newfound glee, he swam toward it, unable to resist exploring it.

His first ten minutes proved to Bilgewater that he would become a constant annoyance. He had entered a bar and stolen some pirate's grog, inciting a bar brawl. He had decided to stay, seeing how much fun everyone was having. He barely gotten touched at all, playing and teasing every pirate that attempted to harm him.

Over the course of a few months, he basically got on the bad side of every single person in Bilgewater because of his curiosity and mischeviousness. Despite that, he grew to enjoy being in that city, When Bilgewater had enough, they attempted to capture Fizz to teach him a lesson. He avoided the citizens for a time before finally being cornered, his back to the ocean. Fizz briefly contemplated whether or not he should go back to his underwater hometown.

It was a hard decision for Fizz since he liked being in Bilgewater. Yet he reminded himself that he still has to find his people, and that he misses his underwater village. He eventually chose to abandon Bilgewater, but before he could act, a massive dragon-shark erupted from the water and had began attacking the port town. Fizz considered using this as a distraction to escape the disgruntled citizens of Bilgewater.

He decided against that and rushed into battle against the beast. He did exactly what he did when he started his first barroom brawl in Bilgewater: He played with and teased the dragon-shark, eventually figuring out it's weaknesses and using them against it. He had battled for nearky three hours before finally defeating the beast. Bilgewater saw and erupted into cheers, having someone save their town.

Fizz immediately went back to the beast and attempt to befriend it. The rest of Bilgewater was baffled at Fizz's behavior and they tried to kill the massive shark. Fizz had none of that and went on to protect the shark. earning the shark's favor while losing about half of Bilgewater's. However, before anything bad can happen to him, he managed to avoid danger yet again by showing Bilgewater that neither him nor the dragon-shark were against Bilgewater through a little exhibition of him and the newly dubbed Chomper, both of them doing incredible tricks in the water.

That laid to rest some of the animosity towards the both of them. A few days after that event, he was approached by Miss Fortune, a bounty hunter. She told him about everything The League of Legends had to offer. While Fizz didn't really care for the political parts of the explanation, he did seem intrigued by the newness of the idea, the opportunity to travel to many different places, and the fun of playing in their little battle games.

He went to The League because he decided to represent Bilgewater. He paused in the hallway to observe everything it had to offer. He even began to admire it before he decided to step through the door that said "The truest opponent lies within". When he entered through the door, he underwent a judgement which exposed him to the true reason why he wanted to join the league: To find out what happened to the people that disappeared in the underwater city he lived in.

He was accepted and soon after had his first match. He did an okay job, dying half the time and killing, evading, and having fun the other half. He was also surprised to see Chomper pop up in the middle of the match and eat people whole. He was surprised to see that the people he had accidentally killed were alive again. The whole match painted his perception on The League. He was joking when he called The League a game, but this proved to him that it WAS a game.

Months went on, and he became better at teamwork and the battles within The League. He learned about many people, from Ahri to Zilean, from Alistar to Nautilus. He had participated in many battles with over 90 different people in 5v5, 3v3, and team-based capture-the-point battles. He had decided to stay in Bilgewater for his time in The League. And he had went on to be the mischevious, curious trickster that he is.

First Person/Action brackets:

[Fizz's grinning face pops up on the bookmark.]

Hey everyone. It's Fizz again and I found someone else that's lost in the library,

[He takes the bookmark and moves it so it shows a Tonberry. It's slowly walking towards Fizz. He then directs the bookmark to show his face again.]

I told him everything about The Library, but he's really quiet and boring.

[The Tonberry can be seen slowly walking toward him.]

If any of you guys want to try, go ahead.

[He turns the bookmark toward the Tonberry again. Still walking slowly over to Fizz. He's completely unaware of the danger about to strike him.]

He just makes me want to fall asleep.

Third Person/Prose:

Fizz watched as the strange blue summoner flicked away from existance. He blinked a couple times and tilted his head, confused. Was this some sort of new arena for them? He looked around. He saw no nexus. He didn't see any of his allies. He didn't even see the shopkeeper. ...The Library must be some new arena on The Fields of Justice, Fizz figured. Some... really new arena, given how so much was missing.

He has already memorized the rules: Fight the other team, kill minions to get stronger, help your teammates, blah blah blah whatever. The Library sure wasn't a Dominion arena. Fizz was sure of that. Whatever the case, a match was on and Fizz needed to be ready. He grabbed his trident, twirling it around and making a few practice swings and stabs. After the short little warm up, he waited for the summoner's commands.

He waited. He waited some more. He waited further. Anytime now. He waited a little bit longer. Okay, what gives? Fizz became confused again, wondering if the summoner was paying attention. "Hello? Summoner? It's getting boring with you not doing anything." He waited for a response, but none came. He shrugged, deciding to test these new waters alone. After all, he enjoyed the thought of exploring a new League Arena.
